Cancelled Orders

Please note that all sales orders placed will have until the close of the following business day to be cancelled with no cancellation fee. Email us at [email protected] with your order/invoice number immediately to do so.

Note that your order is processed immediately and each system is made to order so it is difficult to cancel an order once the following business day has passed and we have begun production. If we can cancel the order after the following business day deadline has passed, we will do so for you, but the cancelled order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
