Free Shipping is available for all orders in the continental United States by our trusted freight carriers. All orders will be delivered curbside - the carrier will NOT transport freight inside a building, lobby, or garage. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for delivery beyond the curb. Therefore if you need extra people to help unload into your residence or building, you should have them available on delivery day. Islands, remote regions and areas where traditional deliveries are difficult or impossible are excluded. Customers who place orders to these regions are responsible for additional shipping charges and may inquire for estimate prior to placing order. If the delivery location is too difficult or unsafe for a large delivery truck to reach (narrow driveways, tight turns, impossible for a large truck to back out, inaccessible, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to pick the freight up at the local delivery terminal or if the carrier is willing, accepting the freight at the closest point the driver can safely reach (for instance, beginning of difficult driveway, nearest loading zone, etc.)

For all doors considered oversized, customer is responsible for unloading the crate(s) from the delivering truck (via manpower or forklift,) as they will not fit on a standard lowering liftgate. Doors considered oversize are:

Frameless Doors:
Widths greater than 42in or Heights greater than 87in. 

Framed Doors:
Widths greater than 43in or heights greater than 88in.

All orders will be shipped via Freight and will take an estimated 2-6 business days, location dependent. 

Once orders are received, they must be inspected upon delivery for freight damage. Customers have 7 days to report any damaged products. If there is damage, receive all goods and note this on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible, so we can get replacements out. Do not discard of the damaged goods until told to do so by The Glass Barn Door. Obtain photos of the damaged goods and send them with your order/invoice number to

Please do not schedule the installation for your system until it has arrived. Once your local freight terminal has your freight in its possession, the freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
